Classes are taught by a Commercial Realtor, a General Contractor and a Wholesaler.

WE ARE NOT PROSPECTING FOR CLIENTS!!!!

 

You will be taught how to select a realtor as a buyer's agent, a contractor  to assist you for fixing properties and other vendors included in the industry. 

 

You will be taught how to work with a listing agent. 

 

To keep the integrity of the program our model is to equip you to negotiate with anyone in the industry, confidently, for the best outcome for the investment strategy you choose.
